With your preliminary designs in hand, we walk through every detail together — floor plans, materials, finishes, and functionality — making sure everything aligns with your vision, budget, and lifestyle. This is your opportunity to fine-tune before building begins, with our expert guidance every step of the way.
During construction, we prioritize transparency and communication. You’ll receive weekly phone updates, on-site walkthroughs at key milestones, and daily progress logs through our online portal. You'll also have real-time access to the construction schedule, so you’re never in the dark about what’s happening — or what’s coming next.
Move-in day is a milestone we’re proud to reach together—The work is complete, the keys are yours, here’s to the next chapter–right where you belong!
At closing, you’ll receive a final packet with everything you need to confidently care for your new home. But our relationship doesn’t end there. Even after move-in, we’re just a call away—ready to answer questions, offer guidance, and continue being a trusted partner in your home journey.
