Bringing Modern Sophistication to the Old Neighborhood
Our clients loved their old neighborhood so much that they bought a house on the same street where they had raised their family years before. Although they are now empty nesters, they needed a space large enough for entertaining out-of-town guests.
To create the footprint that their home really needed, the Bailey Remodeling team built a two-story addition, reconfigured the house’s existing layout and added a spacious outdoor covered porch. This project ultimately added 50 percent more space to the home—the perfect solution for the clients’ needs.
The spacious new kitchen features an enlarged island with plenty of seating for family and friends to gather, absolutely gorgeous ebony cabinets, and a striking backsplash. Touches of gold throughout add just the right amount of warmth to this modern marvel.
Crisp whites and textured neutrals in the home’s new bathrooms are sure to make guests feel as if they’ve booked a stay at a spa. With spacious showers, endless storage beneath the vanities, and beautiful gold accents, these bathrooms are the very essence of luxury.
The neutral-and-gold color palette continues in the guest bedrooms, creating the perfect notes of relaxation every houseguest deserves.
