Our clients used to live on the same street and had built a big house and moved out of the neighborhood a few years earlier. They realized after some time that they really missed their old neighbors and they wanted to return to if possible. The house they bought had been updated a little over the years but still wasn’t practical for their family of 5. The kitchen felt cramped and felt very dated. The master bath had a tiny shower and big bathtub that wasn’t desirable. The hall bath was original and desperately needed an overhaul. The house also needed another bedroom in the basement and more natural light so egress windows were a must. The front of the house looked very plain and wasn’t aesthetically attractive so a new front porch and circle drive was needed. The house just needed an overhaul to fit the family’s needs and style.
